Well, we were in the ER from 11:30-3:00 last night/this morning. Patrick had a coughing/crying fit and threw up all over me, then he couldn't catch his breath and I got scared. So I called the pediatrician and they said go straight to the ER. They took a chest xray to rule out pneumonia, which thankfully he did not have. So after a 3 hour ER trip they sent us home and said continue doing what you are doing and check with your doctor the following day. Better safe than sorry, right??
So after the doctor visit today, they said he is sounding slightly better but we need to continue the nebulizer treatments. At least we can go to every 3-4 hours, but we also have to give him an inhaled steroid 2 x a day for a week. And we go in for a recheck on Thursday.
But Patrick is a trooper and seems to be doing better, just a little more tired than usual.

I have been worried about his health since you called me yesterday. So make sure you let me know if he's not getting any better. No news should be good news, right?
